As many of you have already heard, the N.J. Class Action team had a setback yesterday when the Judge essentially said that although there was proof before him of the 11,000 members of the class nationwide, he had no specific proof before him as to what number of them were from New Jersey and for that reason, and that reason alone, he was unable to certify a New Jersey class action at this time.
