On September 14th at 8:30am, the Motion for Class Certification will be heard once again at the Monmouth County Courthouse in New Jersey and we must have a large showing at the courthouse!

This is an extremely important hearing; you are urgently needed to attend if you are in the area. This is your chance to represent all 11,000 of us. Victims in the NJ, NY, CT and surrounding areas, please attend. Our winning this fight not only depends on our attorneys but also depends on your involvement and support. Stand up for yourselves! Make your voice heard! Show the leasing industry that united we are stronger. If all goes well then a National Class may be in the picture! PLEASE: I need to know who will be attending to have enough signs and shirts available.
