I talked to our attorney's in PA today and they said that "now" is the time to hire TX counsel. Once the judge rules that CCL can refile against us using PECC, they then have to re-serve us and before that happens, we need to have our suits ready in TX. If we don't, then we have to use the Attorney's in PA to answer the suit again. It makes much more sense to use TX lawyers and TX laws, and make them come to TX to fight us. Spread the word!
