I suggest the following (in order of importance)

1. Send a complaint against both NorV and your LC to the FTC. Explain how the NorV scam mirrors File the Leasecomm case and that the leases need to be voided. Add any other fraud or misrepresentation that you personally experienced. File your complaint online at

Complaint Form

Send supporting documents to:

Federal Trade Commission

600 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W.,

Washington, D.C. 20580

and then SEND A COPY, including supporting documents, to

Federal Trade Commission

Att: Robert J. Schroeder, Esq.

206-220-4477
206-220-6366 (fax)

2. Send a complaint to your state AG, state AG of your LC and to the NJ AG. Most AG's already know about the NorV Scam. Just tell them your story of how you were defrauded. The NJ AG is important because this is the home of NorV and where the class action suit has been filed in Federal Court.

Names and addresses are available here:

NAAG.org: Full Contact List for the Attorneys General

3. Send a complaint to your Congressman asking him/her to contract the FTC on your behalf. Don't worry about the FCC since the FCC already has determined that it is powerless to help.

4. Visit the New Jersey Class Action website. This website is set up for your benefit and provides up-to-date information on what is going on legally. Register at this website as well. It does not matter whether you have signed up with the Weir Grooup or not. Just make sure you are registered on this website so that you can be contacted if necessary. The website is shown below:

5. Send a complaint to both the presiding judge in the NorV bankruptcy case and the trustee. Explain to both that your contracts are based on fraud and misrepresentation and that they should be completely voided. Addresses are shown below:

Honorable Chief Judge Rosemary Gambardella

U.S. Bankruptcy Court

50 Walnut Street, 3rd Floor
